Our meeting and event space can accommodate up to 44 with seating while you will also enjoy 5-star hospitality services with food and beverage from one of our award-winning chef members.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are not a licensed food service manager with an active food service facility permit, you will not be able to cook in our kitchen. If your event requires any type of food or beverage, you MUST hire a licensed Flavors member to provide food and/or beverage for your event. Please check the “Members” section of this website to select a member you’d like to contact to discuss your food service needs.

If you are a licensed food service manager with an active food service managers card an active food service facility permit, YES, you will be able to cook in our kitchen. The Flavors team will assist you in the process to secure a permit from Prince George’s County Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement (DPIE) and/or the Prince George’s County Health Department to host your event (if you are NOT a current Flavors licensed member). You will also be required to secure event insurance for your event and add Flavors as an “Additional Insured” on your insurance policy before your booking can be confirmed.

Parking at University Town Center (UTC) is not free. You and your guests will need to park in the paid garage next door to us or find street meter parking during your event. Flavors will validate parking for up to 2-hours for anyone attending/hosting an event at Flavors. Anything beyond 2-hours, you and/or your guests will need to pay the garage fee at the parking machines located at the garage entrance or upon exiting the garage.

Event hours are as follows: 

Monday-Saturday: 6am-10pm

Sunday: 6am-8pm

Yes, you may bring your own event décor for your vent. Flame candles and/or anything that produces fire is NOT allowed to be used for your event. Note: Birthday candles for a cake/cupcake is the only type of flame allowed. Birthday candles must be lit by an adult only.

Flavors does NOT ALLOW the following types of events at any of our facilities at any time:

  • Adult Entertainment

  • Hookah

  • Live Music/Bands

  • Cannabis/THC
