No, if you have Flavors listed on your health department application, we expect you to follow the guidelines for your use of a commissary kitchen.
I only wish to use the kitchen for curbside pick-up and catering prep, am I required to rent the dining room?
No. The dining room is optional to use and only allowed to be used if there is a paid reservation for its use.
Parking at University Town Center (UTC) is not free. You and your guests will need to park in the paid garage next door to us or find street meter parking during your event. Flavors will validate parking for up to 2-hours for anyone attending/hosting an event at Flavors. Anything beyond 2-hours, you and/or your guests will need to pay the garage fee at the parking machines located at the garage entrance or upon exiting the garage.
Flavors commercial kitchen is available for use 24-hours by our members. For private events, we follow the Hyattsville Noise Ordinance policy; therefore, hours for private events are 8am-8pm every day.
Yes, you may bring your own cookware, appliances, utensils, etc that you will need to use for your business. Flavors has limited storage during this soft launch period so anything you bring on-site will need to be removed when you depart each day. Flavors has a few limited items on-site that you may use at no additional charge. Please review your New Member Packet for additional details.
